Aldo is the best travel agent we've ever used. He was in constant touch with us during the planning, making sure that we were doing everything we needed to in plenty of time. He was also in touch with us throughout our stay while we were in Costa Rica, making sure everything was going well. He even helped us to make a change to our itinerary that was our oversight, not his, and insisted on paying the difference ($150) for the more reliable transportation company. He went out of his way to arrange for personal connections with people from the synagogue we went to for Shabbat, both before and during the trip. He is very trustworthy and honest. When I went to the bank to wire the deposit, my banker warned me against it. I understood Aldo's explanation and checked him out online, and it all worked out better than fine. I would highly recommend using Aldo from Altura Tours for your trip to the beautiful country of Costa Rica.

Ciao siamo Claudia e Giancarlo, una coppia che ha visitato il Costa Rica tra la fine del 2012 e l’inizio del 2013. In particolare abbiamo fatto un tour di due settimane che ci ha permesso di visitare buona parte del paese! E’ stato tutto perfetto, dagli alloggi ai trasporti (sempre puntualissimi e comodi) alle escursioni. Il tutto è stato organizzato con Aldo, che ringraziamo ancora oggi per la cortesia e la professionalità che ci ha dimostrato!
Ciao siamo Claudia e Giancarlo, una coppia che ha visitato il Costa Rica tra la fine del 2012 e l’inizio del 2013. Barbara and Daniel from IsraelAldo made all of the arrangements (except flights) for our trip to Costa Rica – hotels, transfers, guides and activities. He worked with us to understand our desires and our preferences, and coordinated it all to our satisfaction (making more than a few changes at our request). He also made many helpful suggestions and recommendations, and connected us with the kosher caterer who supplied us with excellent food during the entire trip. While we were travelling, he followed up regularly to make sure that everything worked out as planned. He works from his office in Italy, but he has someone supporting him locally in Costa Rica if necessary. He is patient, friendly, knowledgeable, and very eager to please. We recommend him for anyone planning a private trip to Costa Rica, but who has never been there before. Costa Rica has MANY different vacation options to offer, so there is no substitute for first doing some research online, but once you have a general idea of what you’d like to do, Aldo is a great help in pulling it all together.

Noleggio auto e open voucher di 15 gg. Tutto preciso dalla consegna auto e documenti al riaccompagnamento in aeroporto. Partivamo avvantaggiati visto la nostra precedente esperienza con le idee molto chiare sull’itinerario da fare. Quello che ci ha più ben impressionato dei voucher e’ la alta qualità degli “alberghi”. Stiamo già pensando per primavera 2014…..

RomaAbbiamo appena trascorso 10 giorni in Costa Rica, ringraziamo Aldo e Altura Tour per la gentilezza, la disponibilità, la precisione e l’organizzazione dei tour del Parco Nazionale del Tortuguero e del Corcovado. Il tour di Corcovado è stato molto rustico e selvaggio, proprio quello che cercavamo da questa vacanza; la struttura di Tortuguero, che si presenta in un suggestivo scenario, è organizzata molto bene per il turismo, molto moderna e cibo ottimo. L’hotel di appoggio a San Josè era molto pulito, di un buon livello e in posizione centrale. Per tutta la durata del viaggio l’assistenza di Altura Tour è sempre stata presente e ha curato tutte le escursioni nel minimo dettaglio. Ringraziamo ancora una volta Aldo per la disponibilità che ci ha dedicato e per tutte le informazioni fornite.
