CLIME

From December to April the season is dry, from May to November it is rainy season. Especially in coastal areas it is therefore possible to take advantage of a mild and sunny climate throughout the year. Costa Rica is divided in two by a cross-mountainous rift, Central Cordillera and Guanacaste to the north and the Cordillera of Talamanca to the south.

CURRENCY

The national currency of Costa Rica is the Colon. Most international credit cards, (Visa/Master Card/American Express/Diners Club), are accepted. The larger cities and tourist destinations of Costa Rica provide 24/7 Automated Teller Machines (ATM).
