Rates-
Rates are in U. S. Dollars. For Christmas and New Years and Easter Week, rates are higher. If you need furthers informations about these periods, please contact us to quote it for you.
Rates do not include:
Alcoholic beverages, laundry services, personal telephone calls. Both tips to drivers and maids, local and international airport taxes. Meals not mentioned in the programs.

Guides-
Most of our guides speak English and Spanish. In case you need a different speaking language guide please send a request.

Meals-
In most of our packages is included the daily breakfast, however there are other additional meals depending on the package. The following codes are used to show meals included in each package: (B)=Breakfast, (L)=Lunch, (D)=Dinner, (FAP)=Full Board, (MAP or half Board)=Breakfast and Lunch or Dinner.

Transportation-
Shuttle Transportation-Altura Tour offers the shuttle service door-to-door, connecting all main tourist destinations. This service is especially convenient because it is safe, efficient and delivers you directly from one hotel to another saving you lot of time. All shuttle vans and buses are with air conditioned. All vans and buses are no smoking. Altura Tour also offers private transportation in air conditioned and no smoking buses. Under request we can provide you an English speaking guide.

Lodging-
All the hotels we propose you on this tariffs are well known by all the Altura Tour Staff and they are categorized according to the ICT, (Costa Rican Tourism Board) and Canatur, (Costa Rican Chamber of Tourism). These are the authorized organs in Costa Rica to qualify the tourist facilities in the country. Often, the qualification in stars given to the hotels by the C.R. Tourism Board does not coincide with the international standards due to the geographical conditions in which these are located: mountains, jungles, wetlands.

Tour conductors-
There is a free tour leader for every 15 paid passengers, and there is a maximum of 3 leaders per group. Meals are not included for tour conductors unless there is a previous negotiation when quoting the itinerary.

Reservations-
All reservations must arrive to Altura Tour by e-mail and will be answered through the same way. 50% payment must arrive at least 30 days before client’s arrival. The remaning 50% will be payble by agreement.
